Tracked Shipping is very useful as a customer but unfortunately, due to inexperience with the systems and the growing admin required to hunt down tracking numbers and connect them to orders (usually unsuccessfully because Royal Mail's tracking system is awful) I've had to make the difficult decision to stop offering Tracked Shipping for the time being.
If you've already placed a tracked order, I will do my best to get your tracking number to you. If you've already contacted me and I've been unable to, I'll refund the difference between tracked and standard shipping.
I appreciate your support when buying directly from me but if you really must have tracking, you can still find Apothecaria, DELVE, RISE, and UMBRA in other retailers who offer it such as Metal Weave Games and Zatu Games.
